Communications: We may collect messages and communications exchanged through the platform between homeowners and contractors.
Payment Information: For contractors, we collect billing details necessary to process referral fee payments. Payment card information is processed and stored by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on WalkThroo servers.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.
Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, device type, and network information to improve our services and for security purposes.
